As part of the 2019 Knowledge Exchange Series Lisa Woolfe, Tourism Marketing Executive at Townsville Enterprise presented on how businesses can maximise their social media exposure through Facebook.

Lisa has managed a number of projects in her seven year career at Townsville Enterprise that have helped to promote the Townsville North Queensland region. In her current role as Tourism Marketing Executive, Lisa is responsible for managing consumer facing campaigns and assets. To further expand the region’s exposure through social media, Lisa commenced an influencer program which is a combination of engaging with local influencers/bloggers and bringing popular influencers from across different markets into the region. In 2018, Lisa lead a state wide digital marketing campaign promoting driving routes on the Great Barrier Reef. This campaign was awarded a gold prize at the 2018 Queensland Tourism Awards and was a finalist in the 2018 Australian Tourism Awards.
