The Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning seek to secure responsible economic development and liveable communities.
The Department aim to support Queensland businesses by growing their capabilities to increase participation in major project supply chains. They do this by:
- Delivering industry capability services and programs tailored support to develop growth plans and improve business efficiency
- Maximising local procurement on major project and helping major project proponents to meet and exceed local purchasing targets/requirements
