List of documentation required:
- Business Registration Certificate
- Recent financial accounts or BAS Statements
- Letter of support from a registered Chartered Accountant or a Certified Practicing Accountant confirming business has been operating for at least twelve months and have the financial capacity to meet the migration obligations for the workers they wish to sponsor, for the proposed period that they will be employed by the business
- Position/job description for each occupation sought including hours of work and employment conditions
- Evidence or information on why the business requires the positions. Needs to include reasons for the occupation type and number of positions.
- Organisational chart of the business showing where the position/s sought are located and who they report to
- 2-4 images of the business
- Evidence of advertising sought position/s within Australia and the outcome of those attempts. For each occupation sought, need to include summary of recruitment attempts, including time period and places advertised, a description of whether Australian citizens or permanent residents applies and if not suitable, why
- Proposed salary for the position/s and how they determined that salary
- Copy of/information about relevant awards or Enterprise Agreements
- Signed Business Declaration Form
- Completed credit card authorisation form
- If seeking English language concession, business needs to provide evidence they have considered workplace health and safety matters impacted by a lower level of English and how they plan to address them
- If business has been subject to any investigations or audits, resulting in an adverse finding to the business or associated entities, the business needs to provide further information/details/documentation
- If business already holds a Subclass 457 or Subclass 482 Standard Business Sponsorship approval, they need to provide a copy of the approval letter
